Manico 1.4.0 released: easy to add app to Silent Mode
After two months of 1.3.5, yet another release of Manico is coming, it is 1.4.0. With one new feature and two improvements:
- Now support to add app to Silent Mode from status menu directly
- When loading apps from Dock/Switcher, keep the shortcuts for old apps
- Fix the issue when loading defaults shortcuts fails because of avaiable keys is bigger than apps
Let’s talk about the first one. Before Manico 1.4.0, if you want to add an app to Silent Mode, you have to open Preferences window, select the “Silent Mode”, and drag an app or click the “+” button to add an app.
From Manico 1.4.0, it is very easy to add an app to Silent Mode. E.G, if you want to add Photoshop to the list, just two easy steps:
- Open Photoshop and make it active (the current one)
- Click the menu of Manico, select the “Add "Photoshop” to Silent Mode"

Super easy, right?
That’s all for Manico 1.4.0, I’m going to develop Manico 1.5 && 2.0. For 1.5, I will introduce the overlay view adjustment feature, For 2.0, it will be a brand new version. Let’s looking forward to it!
